License Policy

Reuse permissions for published articles and public website materials.

This page explains the default license used for published Bundelkhand Vimarsh articles and clarifies how visitors should attribute, share, and reuse journal content.

Default Article License

Unless an individual article page states otherwise, published research articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, commonly called CC BY 4.0.

This license supports broad scholarly circulation while requiring visible credit to the author and the journal.

What Readers May Do

The default CC BY 4.0 license allows reuse for academic, educational, and other lawful purposes.

  • Read, download, and store the published work.
  • Share article links or files with students, researchers, and institutions.
  • Cite, quote, adapt, translate, or build upon the work with proper attribution.
  • Redistribute the material in print or digital form when the required credit is preserved.

Attribution Requirement

Any reuse should clearly acknowledge the author, article title, journal title, and the applicable license notice.

Where practical, reuse should also include a reference or link to the original article page and to the CC BY 4.0 license text.

Exceptions and Third-Party Material

If an article contains photographs, figures, tables, or other material credited to a third party, separate restrictions may apply to those items.

When an article page or caption gives a different rights statement, that specific statement will control the reuse of that material.
